Call it Puppy Love 7 Day No-Fault Return Policy
We understand, sometimes, things just don't work out. If you should find you are unable to care for your puppy, simply contact us by email or phone within 7 days of getting her, we'll take her back, and return 50% of the purchase price.
Once the puppy is returned, we will take her to our vet for a routine checkup. The cost of the vet visit will be deducted from the 50% purchase-price return amount.
As long as your puppy is as healthy as when we sold her — no sign of injury, disease, or severe parasitic infections that were not evident at the time of sale — you will receive 50% of your purchase price, minus the cost of a veterinary visit, within 5 busines days of returning the puppy to us.
Should the puppy require any minor medical care (worming, fleas, tics, and so on), we will take care of it and deduct the cost from your 50% return.
Returns can be made by cash or Paypal. Should you chose the cash return option, you will be responsible for picking up the money within 3 days of our informing you it is ready.
