We ship on a per-puppy basis. Please contact us for more information.

Buyer and Seller agree to the following conditions.

Deposits are non-refundable; we require a $250 deposit of the cost of the puppy. If something happens to your puppy in our care, you may either take a different puppy from the current litter, have first-pick of the next litter, or have 100% of your money refunded (including the deposit). If you change your mind and decide not to take your puppy, we will refund everything over the $250 deposit.

You agree to the following:

  1. You have been informed of our shipping, pickup and delivery methods and charges
  2. You have asked all pertinent questions regarding the method by which you will receive your puppy
  3. You intend to make a non-refundable deposit on a puppy (puppy's name appears above)
  4. You understand that the first payment made on your puppy is considered as the deposit, regardless of the amount of the payment
  5. You have read and you understand all of our policies and procedures
  6. You are of legal age to enter into a contractual agreement.

Making your deposit:

Once you have decided on which puppy you want, go to the reserve a puppy online page and fill out the form. The puppy you have chosen will be placed on "Pending", so no one else will be able to reserve this puppy. We will contact you within 24 hours, and you can let us know about you and your family, what conditions your new puppy will be living under, and what your expectations are for your him or her. This is also the perfect time to ask us questions as well. Once we all agree your puppy will fit into your lifestyle and you have paid your deposit, we will note on our website that the pup is "on Hold". We will need to receive your deposit within 48 hours of placing your puppy on reserve (see Deposit Methods of Payment below). If we do not receive your deposit within 48 hours, your puppy will be marked as "Available" again.

Deposit Methods of Payment:

We accept Paypal, cash, & personal checks. We will also accept installments on our puppies (puppy must be paid in full before going home). Please contact us for details.

Final payment:

Once your puppy is old enough to travel, and you are ready to make your final payment, these are your options: Personal checks must be received 10 days prior to the puppy leaving, money order or bank cashiers checks need to be received within 10 days, and PayPal payments must be cleared at least 5 days prior to your puppy leaving.

Any puppies we feel are not quite ready to leave will be held long enough to ensure they are ready to be on their own.

Right of Refusal

Call it Puppy Love reserves the right to refuse to sell a puppy if the buyer cannot demonstrate the ability or willingness to provide a lifetime, healthy home for the animal.
